Placentia sits north of our Hoover Ave yard -- a charter city whose own name means "A Pleasant Place to Live," with a real citrus-growing and railroad-district past still visible downtown.

Placentia incorporated as a charter city on December 2, 1926 and today carries 51,824 residents (2020 Census). Its motto, "A Pleasant Place to Live," comes directly from the Latin root of the city's own name. The George Key Ranch Historic District preserves a Victorian ranch house alongside a historic citrus grove -- a real, tangible link to the region's citrus heritage -- and the A.S. Bradford House operates today as a museum. Downtown, the Placentia Santa Fe District (named for the historic Santa Fe railroad presence there) includes the Berkenstock Mansion among its historic structures. Placentia runs its own Public Works Department governing encroachment and right-of-way permits, and the city's municipal code includes a dedicated pavement-cut moratorium ordinance -- a sign of how carefully Placentia protects its own public streets.
Placentia's mix of citrus-heritage properties near the Santa Fe District and steady residential turnover keeps our Residential Dumpster Rental and Roll-Off Dumpster Rental crews busy with renovation debris from older homes near the historic district, alongside everyday cleanouts across the rest of the city.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 Yard Dumpster | 14 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 3.5 ft high | about 3 pickup truck loads | 1–2 tons | Small projects, roofing, concrete and dirt — tight-driveway jobs that don't need a bigger box. |

Why Us
Same reasons homeowners and contractors across Orange and Orange County call us for every job.
You reach a real Orange team, not a national dispatch queue. The person who answers knows which Orange County streets a loaded roll-off can actually turn onto and which local rules apply that day.
Delivery, the rental period, pickup and a stated tonnage allowance rolled into a single number — typically $350–$750 depending on size, debris type and how long you keep it. If something would push you over, we tell you before the truck ever leaves the yard.
Call early and most Orange and Orange County orders go out the same or next day. Live jobsite swap-outs get priority over everything else on the schedule.
Director & Founder Daniel Carter and the Dalesford & Co Dumpster Rental Orange County team coordinate every delivery out of our 931-945 W Hoover Ave yard — not a national dispatch desk. We know which Orange County roads a loaded roll-off can actually reach.
Weight fills a container long before volume does. We will talk you into the smaller can if that is the honest answer for your job.
Metals, masonry, unpainted wood, drywall, carpet and clean concrete all get routed for recovery instead of buried wherever's easiest — we will tell you what has to come out of the box before it ever reaches the scale.

Answers
Same-day is realistic on most weekday calls -- Placentia is a regular stop on our route north. Call early and we'll confirm a firm delivery window.
On your own driveway or lot, generally no. Placentia has its own Public Works Department governing encroachment and right-of-way permits, and its municipal code even includes a dedicated pavement-cut moratorium ordinance -- a container placed in a public street is a question for the city rather than something we can confirm on your behalf.
Regularly. Our drivers are used to Placentia's older downtown streets near the Santa Fe District -- describe your access when you call and we'll plan placement around it.
