Junk Removal Dumpster Rental across Orange and Orange County
A lot of what gets called "junk removal" is really a labor service -- a crew shows up, hauls your stuff to a truck themselves, and bills for the hours. What we offer is different: we drop a container at your property and leave it with you.
You load it on your own timeline, at whatever pace the job actually takes, and call us when it is time for pickup. No hourly labor charge stacking up while you and a crew carry furniture down a driveway.
How it works
A straightforward process, start to finish
The same five steps whether it is a driveway cleanout or a live jobsite swap.
- 1
Call and tell us the job
One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the box needs to sit and when you need it. No forms, no waiting on an email.
- 2
We size it and quote it flat
You get one number covering delivery, the rental period, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance — typically $350–$750 depending on size and debris. If a smaller box does the job we will say so.
- 3
Delivered on boards, where you want it
The driver walks the spot with you, lays protection under the rails and sets the container square in the driveway, curb lane or job site.
- 4
Load at your own pace
Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.
- 5
We haul it and sort it right
Clean concrete, metal and yard waste get routed for recovery rather than buried wherever we can. You get your driveway or curb back the way you left it.
On your schedule, not ours
Downsizing, an estate to clear out, a storefront closing up, years of accumulated stuff in a garage or attic -- these jobs rarely fit into a single afternoon window, and paying by the hour for a crew standing around while you decide what stays and what goes does not make sense for every situation. With a container sitting on your property, you work through it in the order that makes sense to you, over however many evenings or weekends it takes within the rental period.
Good for the jobs that pile up
Chapman University's real student-housing turnover each summer, an Orange Park Acres property being cleared of years of stable and storage overflow, and an estate cleanout on an older Old Towne Orange lot all fit this model well. If a job turns out to need actual hauling labor -- emptying a full storage unit into a truck, for instance -- say so on the call and we will tell you plainly whether that is something we handle or something you will want extra hands for.
Sizes
Which container for junk removal?
Every service runs in all five sizes. Match the material to the weight allowance and the rest takes care of itself.
| Size | Dimensions | Capacity | Weight included | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 Yard Dumpster | 14 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 3.5 ft high | about 3 pickup truck loads | 1–2 tons | Small projects, roofing, concrete and dirt — tight-driveway jobs that don't need a bigger box. |
| 15 Yard Dumpster | 16 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 4.5 ft high | about 4–5 pickup truck loads | 2–3 tons | Garage cleanouts, flooring removal and yard waste — a step up without going oversized. |
| 20 Yard Dumpster | 22 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 4.5 ft high | about 6 pickup truck loads | 3–4 tons | Medium renovations, roofing jobs and large cleanouts — the size most Orange County jobs land on. |
| 30 Yard Dumpster | 22 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 6 ft high | about 9 pickup truck loads | 4–5 tons | Multi-room remodels and estate cleanouts — enough room to work through a big job in stages. |
| 40 Yard Dumpster | 22 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 8 ft high | about 12 pickup truck loads | 5–6 tons | Commercial jobs and major demolitions — our largest container for the biggest loads. |

Junk Removal -- your questions
How is this different from a full-service junk removal company?
A full-service company sends a crew to haul your items out themselves and typically charges by labor hour. We deliver a container and leave it with you -- you load it yourself, on your own timeline, for one flat rate with no hourly labor charge.
How long can I keep the container?
Our standard rental period gives you plenty of time to work through a cleanout at your own pace. Need longer? Call and we will extend it.
Do I need a permit to keep a container on my property?
Keeping it entirely on your own driveway or property generally does not require a permit. If you need it in the street instead, that is a question for City of Orange Public Works at (714) 744-5525, or OC Development Services for an unincorporated community like North Tustin or Orange Park Acres -- call us and we will help you sort out which applies.
Do I need to be home when it's picked up?
No -- as long as the container is accessible and loaded within the weight and fill guidelines, our driver can pick it up without you present.
Do you handle estate cleanouts?
Regularly -- clearing a family member's home is one of the most common calls we get, and the load-at-your-own-pace model tends to fit that kind of job especially well, since there is rarely a single clean afternoon to get it all done.
