The service tells us where the load goes. The size tells us how much of it fits.
| Size | Dimensions | Capacity | Weight included | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 Yard Dumpster | 14 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 3.5 ft high | about 3 pickup truck loads | 1–2 tons | Small projects, roofing, concrete and dirt — tight-driveway jobs that don't need a bigger box. |
| 15 Yard Dumpster | 16 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 4.5 ft high | about 4–5 pickup truck loads | 2–3 tons | Garage cleanouts, flooring removal and yard waste — a step up without going oversized. |
| 20 Yard Dumpster | 22 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 4.5 ft high | about 6 pickup truck loads | 3–4 tons | Medium renovations, roofing jobs and large cleanouts — the size most Orange County jobs land on. |
| 30 Yard Dumpster | 22 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 6 ft high | about 9 pickup truck loads | 4–5 tons | Multi-room remodels and estate cleanouts — enough room to work through a big job in stages. |
| 40 Yard Dumpster | 22 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 8 ft high | about 12 pickup truck loads | 5–6 tons | Commercial jobs and major demolitions — our largest container for the biggest loads. |

Same standard on every job
Every service on this page runs to the same standard. Licensed and insured to operate in California, with general liability and commercial auto cover, and documentation available the same day for contractors and property managers who need one on file before we come on site.
Every delivery runs through our own yard and our own crew — never a subcontracted driver in someone else's paint. Our driver walks the spot with you before anything moves, and if a surface is already cracked or heaving we'll say so and suggest a better spot rather than press on and hope.
Process
One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the box needs to sit and when you need it. No forms, no waiting on an email.
You get one number covering delivery, the rental period, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance — typically $350–$750 depending on size and debris. If a smaller box does the job we will say so.
The driver walks the spot with you, lays protection under the rails and sets the container square in the driveway, curb lane or job site.
Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.
Clean concrete, metal and yard waste get routed for recovery rather than buried wherever we can. You get your driveway or curb back the way you left it.
Service area
We run dumpsters out of our 931-945 W Hoover Ave yard across every corner of Orange and out into Orange County and North and Central Orange County. If your community is not on this list, call us anyway. We probably still get there.
Answers
Start with the material rather than the label. Mixed household contents and furniture go in a standard container; construction and remodeling debris usually needs a dedicated jobsite box; and clean yard waste is cheaper and cleaner to route as its own separate load kept apart from construction debris. If your job spans two of those — an Old Towne renovation with both demo debris and a full house of contents, say — tell us and we'll work out whether one container or two makes more sense.
Usually yes for general household and construction waste. The exceptions matter: yard waste stays a separate clean stream, and materials that are regulated separately — hazardous chemicals, paint, solvents, fuels, oils, tires, batteries, e-waste (TVs, monitors and similar devices fall under California's own Electronic Waste Recycling Act), refrigerant-containing appliances, propane tanks and gas cylinders, and medical or biohazard waste — never go in any general container. We'll guide you on safe disposal options for anything that has to come out of a load before it ships, not after.
Most days, yes. Orders placed early usually go out the same day inside Orange and the nearer communities, and next morning further out across North and Central Orange County. Live jobsite swap-outs take priority. If a route looks like it might slip, we'll tell you straight rather than promise a slot we can't hold.
Yes, and a good share of our week is repeat trade with builders, remodeling contractors and property managers across North and Central Orange County. Chapman University's student-housing turnover season and renovation work across places like Villa Park, Yorba Linda and Placentia keep that side of our schedule especially busy. Accounts get priority scheduling on swap-outs, consistent handling across every site and a direct line rather than a different vendor for every job.
Call and we'll extend it. Jobs run long — that's normal — and we'd much rather extend the rental than have you overfill a container or rush the work to beat a pickup.
A little. Orange has a Mediterranean climate — mild, wet winters (most of the roughly 15 inches of annual rain falls November through April) and warm-to-hot, dry summers, with August typically the warmest month. Santa Ana wind season, roughly fall through winter, is when we see the most calls for defensible-space yard cleanups, and a wet winter — like the atmospheric river storms that triggered an Orange County state of emergency in February 2024 — brings a real spike in storm-debris cleanups. We stage extra containers when we can see either one coming. Live jobsite swap-outs still take priority over everything else on the board.
