Learn more40 yard roll-off
Our largest container, built for major construction and commercial demolition — a specialist size for the biggest jobs across Orange County, not a typical residential driveway.

Specifications
22 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 8 ft high
40 cubic yards — about 12 pickup truck loads
5–6 tons in the flat rate
About 25 ft long × 10 ft wide, plus door swing
Flat-rate pricing across the lineup typically runs $350–$750, depending on size, debris type and rental length — delivery, pickup and disposal are all included, no hidden fees. Debris needs to stay below the container's top rail on every size so our driver can haul it safely, and that holds whether it lands on your driveway or, on the rare job that needs the street instead, wherever City of Orange Public Works confirms is allowed.
Is this the one?
The 40 yard exists for one situation: a large quantity of light-to-mixed construction, demolition or remodeling debris with somewhere open and level to put the box — about 12 pickup truck loads and a 5–6 ton allowance, the biggest container we run. Large commercial redevelopment is exactly where this size earns its keep: Brea's real 50-acre Downtown Brea district, redeveloped and opened in 2000 as a shopping and entertainment hub, and Fullerton's active downtown commercial core near Cal State Fullerton both regularly generate the scale of debris this size is built for. Open commercial parcels and new-construction lots suit it far better than a tight in-town residential driveway.
It's rarely the right call for a standard residential lot. At 22 ft long × 7.5 ft wide, the footprint is the same as the 30, but the walls stand 2 feet taller at 8 ft, which makes hand-loading over the rail genuinely hard work — and concrete, dirt, brick and block still stay off this size entirely, routed instead to a 10 yard. On construction and demolition jobs, Orange's own Municipal Code 8.29.040 and OC Waste & Recycling's parallel countywide program both call for at least 65% of C&D debris to be diverted from landfill — we sort loads with that standard in mind. If your site is tight or the debris runs dense, a 30 delivered twice, or a 30 paired with a 10, is very often the faster and more practical plan. Tell us the job when you call and we'll size it honestly rather than default you to the biggest box on the list.
Straight advice: Only take a 40 if the material is genuinely light-to-mixed and the site is open, level and reachable. Concrete, dirt, brick and block never go in a 40 — call for a 10 alongside it instead, and keep everything below the top rail for our driver to haul safely.

Same flat pricing model across all five. The real question is which weight allowance matches your material — dense debris, roofing, a remodel or a construction phase.

Our largest container, carrying a 5–6 ton allowance and about 12 pickup truck loads — built for major construction, demolition and large-scale commercial cleanups rather than a typical household job.
Rarely. It suits large commercial redevelopment and major new-construction sites — the scale of Downtown Brea's 50-acre redevelopment district or a Fullerton commercial build-out — far better than a typical in-town residential lot. For most Orange-area homes, a 30 — or a 30 delivered twice — is the more practical call.
Large commercial redevelopment and demolition, new-home construction and large additions with open access, and light-industrial clear-outs. Call and describe the job and we'll size it honestly rather than default you to the biggest box on the list.
